• Staffing your sale with qualified, experienced team members.
• No cash up front. Commission comes out of sale proceeds.
• Home will be broom swept clean after completion of the sale.
• All unsold items can be donated to a charitable organization or left on site.
• Full payment within 5 days of sale completion.

If you are also selling the property, we will be happy to distribute any promotional materials that you supply us with. Several houses that we have conducted sales at have sold to our customers who have visited the sale. This service is provided at no additional charge to you.
